Spisusha.com
This site is a project too. The design, dot graphics and code were put together by me with AI — no templates or site builders, from the first sketches to testing on phones.
How it works
- Dot letteringA custom Canvas engine: letters are laid out on a grid of dots that scatter away from the cursor and gather again, and “Spisusha” on the cover rewrites itself as “Shipovalov”.
- InkHeadings blur like ink on paper and sharpen as they reach the middle of the screen.
- Torn paperJust before the contacts, the page tears as you scroll, revealing a question about your project.
- Live demoThe Si Phone store is built into its case study: you can browse it and place an order right on the page.
- Two languagesRussian and English. The language is chosen from your browser settings, not your location — so a VPN won’t give you the wrong one.
- Mobile testingAutomated checks in the Chrome and Safari engines at five screen widths: errors, text running off the edge, evenness of the dot lettering.
Results and next steps
- A site without a template: custom design, dot graphics and honest case studies.
- The pages are static, and fonts and images are served from the site itself — no third-party services.
- Next: more projects in the list and new case studies as they come.
